Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading firm in HR recruitment and management, is hiring on behalf of our client in the Telecom Industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technician’s Assistant/Helper to support telecom system operations. The role involves assisting technicians and engineers with installation tasks, cable handling, equipment movement, and general site housekeeping
Key Responsibilities Support in carrying and laying of cables, materials, and tools.
Maintain clean and safe work environment on site.
Assist in labeling, routing, and organization of cables.
Support in equipment lifting, positioning, and basic fixing.
Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain work discipline.
Assist with cable handling, equipment movement, and general site housekeeping
Qualifications and Requirements Certificate or training in basic electrical or telecom-related work is preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical role, construction site, or telecom-related field
Ability to follow detailed safety and work instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit and able to assist
Certificate in Basic OSHA and First Aid training is essential
Positive attitude to full compliance with PPE standards, including helmet, gloves, safety boots, and coveralls
