Job Summary: The Shop Attendant will offer support to customers in a high-end shopping complex. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Attending customers shopping, arranging delivery orders Recording sales using the provided Point of Sale system Balancing the sales on daily basis Balancing the inventory on monthly basis with responsibility Communicating with suppliers, and other necessary works to keep the shop neat and attractive. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome as well as he/she is willing to learn and open to feedback. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is regarded as a plus.
