DescriptionJOB DETAILS:The Evaluation Support Specialists will collaborate with other evaluation team members on the process of evaluating FtF IAM activities and contribute to the development of high-quality, timely deliverables.Level of Effort Expectations:This position is expected to have an LOE of 20 days.Responsibilities:• Schedule interviews.• Book appointments with respondents.• Take notes during interviews.• Transcribe interviews.• Contribute to preliminary data analysis.Deliverables:The Evaluation Support Specialists are expected to play a contributing role to the following deliverables:• In-briefing• Inception report• Presentation of preliminary findings• Draft evaluation report• Final evaluation reportRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in evaluation or related field in statistics and social sciences.• 3-5 years of experience in organizing fieldwork, conducting interviews, transcribing interviews and analyzing data.• Strong analytical, writing and oral communication skills.• English is required, and additional fluency in any of Uganda’s local languages preferred.
