Job Location:   Kampala (Uganda)Job Profile:  The Position will be responsible for:1.

Achieving sales targets using skills and strategies 2.

Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team ·3.

Prospecting, handling objections, building relationships, articulating value, and solving problems of the customers.4.

providing ongoing coaching and training to their team members.5.

Sales Strategy development, team management, and Customer Relationship Management.6.

Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures; Tracking and analyzing sales statistics.7.

Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.8.

develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets, forge strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities.
