Job Responsibilities:
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals.
New product launch, Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
Develop sales presentations and proposals.
Set individual sales targets with sales team in Coordination with Line Manager.
Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
Evaluate performance & provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
Desired Candidate:
Any graduate with 8+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, lead generation in any FMCG company.
East Africa Experience is MUST.
