Position: Sales Manager (Cosmetic Division)Location: Uganda Job Profile : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to launch and expand the cosmetics business across Uganda.
Manage key accounts such as distributors, stockists, and cosmetics retailers.
Product Knowledge & Customer Engagement Be well-informed about the company’s new cosmetics product line.
Educate customers on product features and benefits to drive initial sales and build brand loyalty.
Identify potential new market segments and develop strategies to capture them.
Team Development & Performance Management.
Set individual sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
Plan promotional activities and launch events to boost brand awareness.
Stay updated on competitor activities and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
Reporting Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Provide insights on market response to the new cosmetics line and recommend adjustments.
Desired Candidates: Any graduate with 5-8 years hardcore Sales & Distribution Experience in Cosmetics / Personal care industry.
East Africa & Cosmetics Industry Experience is MUST.
