Industry: Automobile Spare parts (Preferred heavy vehicle spare parts industry). 



Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales – Automobile Spares to oversee and expand our 

Automobile spare parts business operaons across Uganda. The ideal candidate will play a key 

role in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing operaonal efficiency. 

As SM, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operaons, mentoring and supporng 

local teams, driving business strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder 

relaonships—both internal and external. 



Key Responsibilies:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market 

expansion. 

Review and analyze market trends and customer needs to idenfy new sales opportunies 

and enhance product offerings. 

Establish and maintain relaonships with key customers and stakeholders to drive 

customer sasfacon and loyalty.

Collaborate with strong regional or independent major key retailers, distributors, and 

partners. 

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusng 

strategies as needed. 

Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory, quality, and company standards. 

Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and best pracces.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operaonal and financial 

performance. 

Address and resolve escalated customer complaints, incidents, or legal issues promptly. 



Candidate Requirements: 

Educaon:

o PGDM/MBA from a reputed instuon preferred.

o Bachelor’s degree in business administraon, Management, or related field 

acceptable. 

Experience:

o Minimum 8 years of management and leadership experience, Mandatory in 

automobile spare parts. 

Skills & Competencies:

o Strong leadership and decision-making capabilies.

o Excellent verbal and wrien communicaon skills.

o Proficiency in MS Office, CRM plaorms, and project management tools.

o Ability to multask and perform under pressure.

o Strong analycal and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Industry Experience: 

Candidates with experience in Automobile heavy vehicle spare parts will be given preference.
