Position - Production Manager

Qualification: -  Degree / Diploma in Printing / Packaging

Experience: - 10+ years’ experience in a similar industry, having worked on high end European machineries Flexo Label printing

Candidates is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all manufacturing processes within the flexo printing and packaging department. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The manager will oversee print operations, team supervision, workflow optimization, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

• Oversee the entire flexographic printing process including prepress coordination, printing, lamination, slitting, and finishing operations.
