Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.

Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.

Providing monthly help desk reports.

Designing, maintaining and supporting the network infrastructure.

Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.

Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.

Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.

The Profile Skills required: Core PHP, MYSQL 5-4 years of proven experience as a Core PHP Developer or similar role Strong proficiency in Core PHP (Version >= 7.0), with a good understanding of its ecosystem and the latest PHP standards Experience with My SQL or other relational databases Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git Understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration Excellent communication and collaboration skills The Employer Our client is a market leader in providing cloud-based end-to-end comprehensive education management solutions and a unified digital platform to encourage and empower learner-centric approach in India, UAE and Africa.
