We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Operations Manager to take charge of our operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business continuity.

This is a critical role for someone who is always ready to step up and respond swiftly to challenges, ensuring smooth operations 24/7.

What You’ll Do: Manage and optimize our remote operational infrastructure, including Share Point, MS Teams, and Top Tracker.

Oversee and lead operations across accounting, HR, legal, and project management functions.

Develop strategies to improve workflows and enhance team efficiencies.

Proactively resolve operational challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Be readily available to respond to emergencies or critical needs at any time.

Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the company’s vision.

Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in operations management , preferably in a remote or IT recruitment company or  IT-focused environment.

Highly motivated, proactive, and fully committed to ensuring operational excellence.

Ability to act swiftly and effectively during critical situations.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.

Familiarity with accounting, HR, and legal frameworks is a plus.
