Exquisite Solutions Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Sales Executive for our client in the technology industry. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the Ugandan market and insight into opportunities across the Pan-African region. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, preparing bids for tenders, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves desk research and working with internal teams to meet customer needs and support growth.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales of intelligent queue management and customer experience solutions across various sectors.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to support digital transformation in customer-facing environments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs and recommending tailored solutions to reduce wait times and improve service delivery.

Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer challenges, and competitive activity.

Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing how the solutions optimize customer flow and enhance efficiency.

Prepare and submit persuasive sales proposals, technical bids, and commercial estimates in response to client requirements and tenders.

Manage the full sales cycle, including RFI/RFP responses and tender documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms, aligning with clients’ business goals.

Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market insights.

Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and other networking opportunities.

Stay informed about the latest developments in customer experience technology and digital queue management.

Use CRM and productivity tools to manage sales activities and reporting effectively

Qualifications and Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, an MBA or Master’s in Business is an added advantage.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Saa S sales or business development, with a strong focus on B2 B environments.

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets; previous performance will be reviewed.

Solid understanding of the end-to-end B2 B sales process, including proposal development, negotiations, and closing.

Proven experience in managing bid and tender processes, including RFI and RFP submission
