LocationMumbai, IndiaJob DescriptionAs the Regional Sales Manager, you will be driving the sales of RAD Data Communications for Service Providers and to Critical Infrastructure in India, SAARC and Middle East Countries (except UAE and Bahrain). This is a key sales manager role, selling network access solutions.RequirementsBackground as a Telecommunications Engineering Graduate along with Marketing Management ResponsibilitiesFocus is on direct and indirect sales and business development of solutions in the territories mentioned above.Development of partnerships especially with the system integrators leading tenders in this regionTerritory and account plan growth is to be developed within clearly defined milestones and priorities to build new sales growth and pipeline opportunities. Matrix management of all internal resources to achieve goals.Accurate forecasting and quarter-on-quarter quota achievement is critical.Multi-level solution selling to executives and technical decision makers leveraging your understanding of RAD product and solutions covering different market segments.Prioritize activities to grow and close the opportunity pipeline in your territory for network access solutions.Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter that can balance strategic engagements with transactional business and account management.Appoint new channels, motivate them, work closely with them, identify opportunities, meet customers with channels and finally generate business.Production and maintenance of annual business plan for the business development area.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of industry background with at least five of those in selling networking solutions to Service Providers/Telcos (hardware, software, or services) and Critical Infrastructure in the region. SP/Telco use-cases: Mobile Backhaul, Wholesale, Business, Cloud Services, IIoT. Critical Infrastructure: Power Utility substation communications, Railway applications, Highway, Government, etc.Specific knowledge about relationships with Service Providers is required.Knowledge of IIoT, Cloud, IP and Carrier Ethernet preferableThe candidate should be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communication skills including the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.Ability to travel
