Bird is expanding its partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to integrate and grow Bird’s CRM, Email, and Transactional solutions through strategic alliances.
As part of this initiative, we are looking for a high-performing Account Executive who can own these relationships and drive new business through our ISV partnerships.
As a Bird Account Executive focused on ISVs, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors that align with Bird’s go-to-market strategy.
You will own the entire sales process for ISV accounts, managing complex deal cycles and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
This role demands expertise in developing B2 B partnerships, an understanding of ISV ecosystems, and the ability to create value for both Bird and our partners.
You will collaborate closely with Bird’s Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of ISVs, while also driving measurable results for Bird.
What you’ll do Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development and Ownership: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with ISV partners to create strategic alliances that drive new revenue streams.
Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with both Bird’s business goals and the needs of ISVs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential ISV partners, focusing on those that can drive high-impact results for both organizations.
End-to-End Sales Process for ISVs: Own the sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring the successful onboarding of ISV partners.
Conduct detailed business assessments to understand the specific needs of ISVs and propose tailored solutions that leverage Bird’s platform.
Work with internal teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with Bird’s solutions.
Quota Achievement and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed your assigned quota by driving high-value partnerships with ISVs that contribute to long-term revenue growth.
Focus on building sustainable relationships that provide recurring revenue for Bird and maximize the value of ISV partnerships.
Strategic Account Planning for ISVs: Develop detailed account plans for each ISV partner, focusing on growth opportunities, integration strategies, and long-term success.
Collaborate with Bird’s internal teams to ensure partner success and maximize the value of each ISV relationship.
Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure ISV integrations align with Bird’s technical capabilities and product roadmap.
Provide feedback from ISV partners to inform product development and enhance Bird’s offering for ISVs.
What you’ll bring3+ years of experience in B2 B sales, with a focus on partnerships or alliances with ISVs or technology platforms.
Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships, ideally within the Saa S or CRM industry.
Strong understanding of ISV ecosystems and the value they can bring to a CRM platform like Bird.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver long-term value through partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred), sales enablement tools, and pipeline management software.
