Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Content Creator to work in Uganda

Job Summary:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that showcases our company’s unique travel experiences and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, videos, etc.) that showcases our company’s travel experiences and destinations.

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company’s marketing goals and objectives.

• Research and Planning: Research destinations, travel trends, and industry developments to stay up-to-date and informed.

• Writing and Editing: Write and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Visual Content Creation: Create visual content (photographs, videos, etc.) that showcases our company’s travel experiences and destinations.

• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure content aligns with company goals and objectives.

• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze content performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.

• Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Software: Proficient in content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).

• Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry and current trends.

Required Skills

• Travel Experience: Experience traveling to different destinations and cultures.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.

• Video Production Skills: Experience with video production and editing software.
