Exquisite Solution Limited , a premier HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a skilled KPI & Performance Engineer to join our client’s high-performing team in the oil and gas sector. This role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing production asset efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will drive performance improvements through data analysis, issue resolution, and strategic optimization, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing equipment performance and maximizing production output.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
Conduct root cause analyses on deviations in performance and implement effective corrective actions.
Prepare detailed technical reports and deliver findings, insights, and recommendations to management.
Support asset integrity and reliability programs to ensure long-term operational performance.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, or methodologies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations in all activities.
Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against established targets.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas operations or engineering.
Proficiency in professional English
Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
Proficient in data analysis tools and production monitoring software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards within oil and gas operations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
