Key Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the E& I function within the distillery industry
At least 10 years in a managerial role (team supervision, budgeting, and project delivery)
Proven track record of leading E& I operations in a multinational or similar environment
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Communication Systems or related field
Relevant professional certifications
