Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a qualified Service Bay Technician for our client in the petroleum sector. This role involves performing high-quality vehicle servicing, completing all required under-bonnet checks, promoting and selling lubricants, and actively engaging nearby customers to increase lubricant sales and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and basic service tasks.
Conduct under-bonnet inspections such as coolant, brake fluid, and battery checks.
Dispose of used oil and filters safely in compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards.
Recommend suitable lubricants based on vehicle type and usage requirements.
Promote and explain the benefits of brand lubricants to customers.
Maintain accurate records of lubricant sales and monitor stock levels.
Approach nearby vehicle owners, garages, and businesses to promote lubricants and services.
Build and maintain a customer lubricants database for repeat and external clients.
Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries effectively.
Maintain the service bay’s cleanliness, ensure tools/equipment are functional, and assist with stock-taking.
Qualifications and Requirements Certificate or diploma in Automotive Mechanics or a related discipline.
At least one year of experience in vehicle servicing or lubricant sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
