Identify and effect mitigating controls against potential risks to the business. Promote effective communication across the organisation.Develop and maintain positive relations with the Board of Directors.Provide support to the board Chairman and be the link between management and the board of directors. Enforce Corporate Governance and ethical business conduct across the organization Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s qualification Details of experience Minimum 15 years work experience, 5 of which should have been at executive leadership role with responsibility for business performance
