Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in management accounting or in a related role.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of aquaculture in a FMCG Company or related field is a plus.
• Clear demonstration of a sense of urgency and energy in achieving set goals
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently or as a team member.
• Strong sense of personal integrity
