Job Description Key PurposeThe key purpose of this role is to conduct deliveries of our products to customers and carry containers to the brewery on return.Key Roles & Responsibilities:• Ensuring truck worthiness on the road,• Communicate to office for day’s programme• Manage the crewman• Deliver product timeously• Reporting incidences and accidents• Confirming and signing off the invoices for their loads• Keeping trucks clean• Adherence to PPE use• Ensure that the truck has all first aid kits, fire extinguisher & spare tyre• Up date the truck log book accurately• Adhere to company truck handling procedures and policies• Adhere to the road traffic rules and regulations Profile:• Minimum of UACE with three years uninterrupted work experience as driver in a busy organization• Valid driving permit with the relevant classes (CE)• Defensive driving, basic skills in vehicle fault diagnosis and trouble shooting• Good spoken and written English language• Knowledge in inventory handling is an added advantage but not limiting factorAdditional Information• Band: XI
