A professional accounting accreditation for ACCA/CPA.3. 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.4. Good working knowledge of Accounting software.5. Previous experience in fraud auditing and or forensic accounting is an added advantage.Responsibilities1. Examine all company financial records including collections and distribution of royalties.2. Identify potential non-compliance.3. Review internal data for potential financial and legal risk.4. Seek out internal fraud and other forms of misuse of funds.5. Communicate audit findings through comprehensive reports.6. Compile and implement an annual audit plan.7. Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.8. Conduct ad-hoc investigations into reported audit risk cases.9. Prepare necessary documentation for external audit purposes, and support the supervision of external audits.10. Spearhead enforcement of audit and audit related policies, procedures and best practice.11. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO.
