Responsibilities:Work closely with the team, the VP of Operations, and other staff members to develop and implement strategies for recruiting new dealers, securing new clients, retaining current clients, and upselling to existing customersResearch, identify, and create strategic partnerships with potential dealers, clients, and distributorsTrack and report on progress and escalate business opportunities to managementDevelop and maintain relationships with current dealers, clients, and distributorsCollaborate with various departments across the organization to accomplish goals Requirements And Skills: Proven sales experienceKnowledge of our Services (See on our website with CRM softwareExperience with Microsoft apps (word, excel, etc.)Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to conduct presentationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on qualityKnowledge of jobsite safety practices requiredFlexible scheduling RemunerationThis role is commission-based, this will be largely determined by your experience and performance.
