A Firm is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage the organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Minimum Requirement

• Degree in Business Management or a Masters in Business Administration.

• 5 years’ minimum experience in the relevant field.

• Good knowledge of different business functions.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly organized.

• Strong work ethic.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Computer and technology literate.

• Proactive nature.

• Great analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Allocating budget resources, formulating company policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring effective and efficient customer service, improving the administration processes, engaging with customers, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

  • Maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

  • The General Manager should also conduct constant research on technological improvements and trends that can be implement by the company.

  • Overseeing daily business operations. This will include scheduled internal meetings with each department. (weekly)

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.

  • Training low-level managers and staff.

  • Creating and managing budgets. (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • Improving revenue. o Hiring employees.

  • Evaluating performance and productivity.

  • Analysing accounting and financial data.

  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Generating reports for directors and giving presentations. (monthly)
