Tex Experience : 8-10 years of experience as Spinning Manager Skills and Expertise: -Organizing, controlling and supervising various processes in spinning yarn from various fibres  Directing mixing and blending of different grades of fibre to produce yarn of required quality Supervising cleaning, carding and combing of fibre and drawing spinning of yarn Ensuring required degree of temperature and humidity in various spinning sections is maintained Visiting spinning sections constantly to check continuity of operation Minimizing breakdown of the machines, Ensuring machines are repaired or replaced for restoration of work Controlling staff and ensuring that quantity and quality of production are maintained Keeping machinery and equipment in good working order for optimum efficiency Must have operated Laxmi Machine works Spinning Machines, Autocono, Blow Room, Carding and other spinning machinery Should be able to production planning, raw material planning, quality control, machine maitainance  English Fluency is must SAP ERP system knowledge preferred Age : less than 45 years Please share your cv on rashmi@uhr.co.in
