Job Summary: The Loan Supervisors will develop, supervise and maintain a strong performing human resource to manage a good quality loan portfolio in line with the company policies and procedures. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: ·The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Business Studies, Education, Accounting, Microfinance or Banking. ·At least two years of working experience with a Microfinance, Banking sector or lending institution. ·Possession of supervisory skills is an added advantage ·Able to prioritize tasks and assignments. ·Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure ·Good knowledge of computer application (word, Excel and power point} ·Able to prioritize tasks and assignments. ·A positive and professional attitude to work. ·Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure ·Able to meet reporting deadlines. · Age: Between 25-35 years NB: For all positions, females are encouraged to apply.
