Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is looking for a skilled and experienced SACCO Administrator to manage and drive the growth of a Savings and Credit Cooperative (SACCO). This role demands strong financial management capabilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a genuine commitment to supporting members through efficient savings and credit solutions.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily SACCO operations, including savings collection, loan processing, and member service delivery.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Monitor and track loan disbursements, repayments, and overall member account performance.
Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, by-laws, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and implementing effective internal controls.
Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, generate reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
Foster strong member relationships to improve satisfaction and promote SACCO membership growth
Qualifications and Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial reporting.
At least 2 years of experience in finance, microfinance, or cooperative/SACCO management.
Prior experience working in a SACCO is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated high level of integrity and a commitment to transparency
