About the Role: Aminika Manpower, on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading law firm in Uganda, is seeking a highly dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to oversee and drive the firm's operational and strategic growth.

Job location: Uganda Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance firm profitability, market share, and client satisfaction.

Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of firm operations, including finance, human resources, marketing, and technology.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and expand the firm's client base.

Financial Management: Manage firm finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Human Resources Management: Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the firm's operations and reputation.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager or in a senior management role within a law firm.

Proven track record of success in managing and growing a profitable business.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software.
