PART II: TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERSThe Van can be viewed from Living goods offices in Bugolobi located at Plot 21 Hanlon Road between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) from 3rd October 2024 to 15th October 2024.

The bid documents should be deposited into the bid box before by October 15th, 2024, at 5:00 pm local time.
Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
Successful bidders must make payment within one week’s time upon notification on the bank account mentioned above and they must indicate “Disposal” as narration when making payments.
Living Goods reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without incurring any liability or being bound to give reasons for its decision.
