Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Finance Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing critical financial support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger reconciliations and oversee month-end closing processes.
Prepare, review, and file tax returns to ensure full tax compliance.
Support internal and external audit activities, providing required documentation and explanations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to deliver financial insights and support decision-making.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive financial information.
Continuously improve accounting processes and systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B. Sc. in Accounting preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations, including IFRS.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and work environments.
Preferred age: 35 years and below
