Job Summary:  We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Intern to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business and providing support in the various administration functions which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, HR Operations, Benefits administration and employee relations Key Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Arrange meetings, participate and take minutes Build customer relations. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Assist and support accounts department in financial operations Assist in timely completion of financial and other administrative audits Manage database and document processes and systems Compile bid reports found on various portals and news papers Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicant must hold a University degree. Required At least two years of administrative assistant experience Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reporting Skills Administrative Writing Skills Microsoft Office Skills Managing Processes Organization Analyzing Information Professionalism Problem Solving Supply Management Inventory Control Verbal Communication skills
