Are you excited to join a decentralizing force in the world? Responsibilities Collect, organize, and abstract functional requirements for institutional business products (including trading and funding) and prepare PRD regular market and competitor research to identify new product and business models, driving innovation to meet business objectives.

Collaborate with institutional business leaders to define objectives for new products and partially assume responsibility for achieving these product release schedules, closely collaborate with the development team, and drive stable, continuous product regular product training sessions for internal staff and external clients, gather feedback and requirements, and enhance product value throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements3-5 years of experience in trading or trading product design in traditional financial institutions or crypto-related understanding of order lifecycle, low-latency and high-concurrency systems, and the full trading risk management awareness, effectively demonstrated in previous product cross-team coordination skills, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to deliver product design, launch, and execution commercial mindset, with the ability to analyze the industry and niche sectors in-depth and broadly, driving business development through product ’s degree or work experience at other centralized exchanges (CEX) is preferred.
