Evaluating and reviewing Financial Accounting and• Support with the development, review and implementation Operational performance of the Institution and all the of HR policy, tools and best practice HR guidelines. Departments, functions, and advice on improvements• Coach line managers on HR solutions in support of Carrying out special Audit assignments.• business objectives in terms of workforce planning, Evaluating risk management processes, and internal performance management, staff capability, staff controls and recommend areas of improvements• Engagement, organization design, change management Review all institutional policies and advise on areas of and talent management in alignment with the HR strategy improvement.• For the bank.
