Job Description The Head of Digital is responsible for driving growth and strategic transformation of EFC Uganda Limited (MDI) analogue business into a robust digital financial services provider.A professional that shall:• Develop and implement dynamic and competitive digital financial services (DFS) solutions,• Develop pricing and positioning strategies for digital products and channels.• Manage end to end products development from ideation to implementation.•Research solutions and make recommendations for the implementation of products/channels systems and infrastructure.• Manage and lead the digital team.• Develop and manage digital product and channel roadmaps.• Work with support and operational units to achieve client satisfaction for clients using the digital channels and products.Qualifications• A Degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing coupled with a MBA/Masters. Specialised courses & certification in digital related fields will be advantageous.• At least seven (7) years of progressive work experience in digital financial technology (Fintech) most preferably in a financial services sector.• Should be a good communicator and able to multitask, analytical, result oriented, meet deadlines, problem solver with great customer service and people management skills.
