Your Responsibilities
General Duties:
Promote equality and inclusion within a diverse classroom environment
Foster a safe, dynamic, and emotionally supportive learning space
Inspire students with a passion for learning and personal growth
Manage behavior fairly and consistently in line with our policies
Use data-driven assessment to inform teaching and maximize student progress
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
Build positive partnerships with parents and engage them in their child’s learning
Teaching and Learning:
Deliver outstanding teaching that creates a calm, purposeful learning environment
Collaborate with the Elementary team to enhance the curriculum and teaching spaces
Meet the requirements of assessment and moderation to ensure high academic standards
Communication:
Maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and the community
Attend and contribute to divisional meetings
Keep parents informed about their child's progress and the Elementary curriculum
Professional Development:
Set and pursue professional goals annually
Actively participate in professional development, workshops, and conferences
Stay current with developments in technology, pedagogy, and educational theory
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (teaching certificates preferred)
International teaching experience or training is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of child development and Elementary-level curriculum
Demonstrated respect for diversity in culture, religion, and Christian traditions
Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency with G Suite tools
Evidence of recent professional growth
