Exquisite Solution Limited , a leading HR recruitment firm, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher on behalf of our client in the Cambridge International Education sector. The ideal candidate will support the holistic development of young learners cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically while creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Plan and deliver play-based, age-appropriate learning activities that promote early cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and maintain open, consistent communication with parents and colleagues.
Support children in developing self-care skills and emotional expression, while encouraging independence, curiosity, and self-confidence.
Establish clear routines and transitions, manage behavior positively, and create a structured, nurturing space for learning.
Monitor student development, document progress, and work collaboratively with teaching teams to support each child’s individual needs
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered)
Prior experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting, preferably within an international or play-based curriculum
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills
Passionate about working with young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment
