Job Purpose: The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to address business questions through data analysis.

This role involves handling various data-related requests and enhancing data ingestion and transformation processes.

SQL will be used heavily, so an advanced SQL level coupled with a strong ability to understand data are critical.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Report and Dashboard Management: ● Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards to track various company KPIs.

● Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights for different departments.

Data Analysis: ● Utilize data analysis and statistical techniques to answer business questions and provide insights.

● Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Management Support: ● Collaborate with the management team to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate data solutions.

● Support a wide range of data-handling requests, including ad-hoc analyses and reporting.

4.

Data Quality Audits: ● Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality aligns with company policies and standards.

● Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

5.

Data Ingestion and Transformation: ● Support the creation and maintenance of back-end data ingestion processes.

● Develop and optimize data transformation workflows to ensure efficient data processing and storage.

The Ideal Candidate: ● Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field ● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

● Advanced SQL skills (must).

● Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

● Understanding of relational database theory, data preparation, and data acquisition.

● Bonus skills: R, Python, Google Cloud solutions (Google Data Studio, Big Query), non-relational databases, Big Data, Git, dbt (data build tool).

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in tasks.

● Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.

● Self-motivated and focused on achieving targets and goals.

● Effective team collaborator with excellent communication abilities.
