[[TOWER CRANE OPERATOR]] Duties & Responsibilities Operate tower crane safely and efficiently in line with Project standards.

Transfer loads to construction sites and discharge them safely.

Lift and move heavy materials to designated areas on site.

Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of crane equipment.

Secure loads using approved rigging and slinging methods.

Interpret hand and radio signals from riggers and signalers.

Adhere to the company's and projects’ HSE rules.

Maintain crane operation and inspection logs.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Technical Certificate in operating the Tower Crane Machine from a recognised institution Valid Operating License issued by the Ministry of Works and Transport or an authorised institution.

Minimum of 4 years of working experience handling different types of crane machines.

Proficient knowledge in lifting heavy loads and working at heights.

Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and ANSI Standards in crane operations.
