Job Location: Kuala Lumpur RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for designing and documenting technical integration in coordination with the customer’s technical resources Create and manage a development plan to track internal configuration efforts for an accurate and timely delivery Support customer testing and manage the deployment efforts prior to go-live Occasionally work with customer support to triage product issues Analyze the architectures behind complex business processes and will oversee the integration of our software products with customer platforms.

Maintain a presentable and confident appearance when facing clients Ability to lead discussions and convey subject matter with meaningful presentation and clarity Ability to manage a global, technical development team and manage a development plan QUALIFICATONS AND EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of software development experience with 3+ years of technical lead experience in the supply chain solution delivery industry.

Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, analytical skills, creativity, and willingness to acquire new skills Willing to work with internal and external teams, grow analytical skills, creativity, and new technical skills Strong skills in JAVA, SQLKnowledge of Shell Scripting, Groovy, and Python are required Basic knowledge of Linux Integration experience involving XML, API, Webservice & B2 B Protocols like EDI, XMLExperience in E2open Supply management solution is highly desirable Basic understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in working with multiple internal cross functional teams including but not limited to sales, customer success, operations, product, and engineering E2open is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
