Department: Production About this job Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client MOTA-ENGIL, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Site Manager (Earthworks and infrastructure) to work in Uganda.

Job Summary Responsible for overseeing structural works on the Project Duties & Responsibilities Manage the planning and design stages of the projects.

Perform due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites.

Oversee all project stages from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs.

Survey new construction sites and assess existing structures for upgrades.

Design and recommend improvements to computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings and schematics.

Perform cost estimations and prepare project budgets.

Prepare work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.

Ensure that project works are completed on time and within budget.

Inspect completed works for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.

Document processes and present project progress updates to senior managers and clients.

Qualifications Skills & Experience.

Degree or Diploma in civil engineering or in a related field.

At least 15 years of proven work experience overseeing construction projects with experience in Earthworks, Infrastructure and Concrete structures.

Professional knowledge in Civil construction management, rehabilitation and urban and regional planning.
