About This Job                  Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client in the Oil and gas Sector , we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Lubricant Sales Manager to work in Uganda.

General   Activities of the Job The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their lubrication needs, and provide tailored solutions to achieve consistent sales and growth of the company’s customer base.

Analyse data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance The job holder will be actively engaged in prospecting, sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction alongside the aggressive promotion of the company’s products to facilitate the achievement of budgeted target sales and profit margins.

Specific Activities of the Job a)            Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, including automotive service centres, retailers, workshops, independent service stations, garages, transport companies, etc.

Collect payments from respective customers as per their consented payment terms.

Understand customer needs and preferences to provide appropriate lubrication solutions.

Regularly visit customer locations to maintain a strong presence and address any concerns.

b)            Sales and Business Development: Prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the B2 C market segment.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

c)            Product Knowledge and Consultation: Possess a deep understanding of our lubricant’s product line, including features, benefits, and applications.

Provide expert guidance and consultation to customers, offering appropriate lubrication solutions that match their needs.

d)            Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our lubricant products.

Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company guidelines and customer requirements.

e)            Order Processing and Documentation: Manage order processing, including order placement, invoicing, and ensuring timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.

f)             Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer preferences.

Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager to inform strategic decision-making.

g)            Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

h)            Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Develop strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets.

Supervision Supervise an existing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experiences required Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or sales and Marketing field.

Experience: Proven track record in B2 C sales, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an oil and gas sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

Added Advantage Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to different regions within the country is an added advantage.
