Direct Sales Executive Full Time, Kampala

Exquisite Solution Limited , a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is hiring Direct Sales Executives for our client in the telecom industry. The role involves field-based engagement with potential customers and vendors to drive sign-ups, onboard users, and boost platform adoption

Key Responsibilities Actively promote the e-commerce platform to prospective customers and vendors within the designated area.
Drive daily customer sign-ups, vendor onboarding, and order placements through direct field engagement.
Educate users on platform features, benefits, and how to use the platform effectively.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and registration targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with users and vendors to encourage platform adoption and repeat usage.
Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service and user experience.
Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, user feedback, and key performance metrics.
Collaborate with telecom field teams as needed for joint marketing or co-branded campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or any related field
Proven experience in field sales, digital product promotion, or mobile services is an added advantage
Ability to explain and sell digital platforms to both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy audiences
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Familiarity with e-commerce, mobile money, and smartphone applications
