Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to support our client in the telecommunications sector. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in all the three languages Luo, Kiswahili, and Luganda , as you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely assistance across telecom products and services
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously in Luo, Kiswahili, and Luganda.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding company products, services, promotions, and basic technical support.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Accurately record all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
