Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Advisor to join our dynamic team at a leading telecom company. As a Call Center Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective support across a range of telecom products and services.

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
Provide accurate information on company products, services, promotions, and technical troubleshooting.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Log all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and thoroughly.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent delivery service.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any Field from a recognized university is required.
Fluency in at least one of the following language combinations: Runyakole, Rutooro, and Luganda
Lugbara, Swahili,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated active listening abilities and a genuine passion for helping others.
Proven ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.
Computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
