Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting an experienced Sales Supervisor for our client in the telecom sector. This role involves leading and managing a team, improving performance, coaching staff, supporting recruitment, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Assign territories, monitor field activities, and ensure market coverage.
Track and report team performance, providing feedback and improvement plans.
Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Support lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
Resolve customer escalations and manage complex negotiations.
Prepare regular sales reports and share market, customer, and competitor insights.
Develop strategies to enhance sales performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
3 years of sales experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive team performance, meet sales targets, and manage KPIs.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage field teams effectively.
Knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
Skilled in reporting, sales data analysis, and providing actionable insights.
Customer-focused, able to handle escalations and maintain high service standards.
Flexible to travel and support field operations as needed.
