Job Description Background Inputi is an agro digital marketplace that leverages technology to aggregate demand and supply of genuine farm inputs by farmers and dealers, respectively. After aggregating, Inputi implements a last mile delivery to farms through an integrated digital marketplace across Uganda.PurposeThe Branding Officer is responsible for creating and maintain new marketing campaigns, brand promotions or product lines for the company on different sites, monitor progress using web analytic tools, and answer directly to social media inquiries, all while using the company’s voice and guidelines.and will be reporting to the Marketing ManagerRequirements • Strong design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, logos, illustrations, and other design elements• Understanding of branding principles and strategies to develop and maintain a consistent brand image• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and design needs• Skill in creating marketing collaterals, digital assets, packaging designs, and other promotional materials• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform product decisions.• Ability to design engaging visuals and graphics for online campaigns and advertisements• Basic knowledge of photography and videography principles and equipment• Willingness to stay updated on design trends and techniques in the industry• Excellent communication skills to effectively understand design requirements & collaborate with internal teamsEducation • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual communications, or a related fieldExperience • A portfolio showcasing previous design work and demonstrating creativity and proficiency in graphic design• Prior experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing roles is preferred Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
