Exquisite Solutions Limited , a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Subscriber Verification Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team at a top-tier telecom company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out end-to-end verification of subscriber registration documents, received both digitally and physically at the Data Centre while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough end-to-end verification of subscriber registration documents received both digitally and physically while ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Take primary responsibility for verifying subscriber documents in line with established processes and quality standards.
Ensure all submitted documents meet Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance requirements.
Sort, organize, and prepare all incoming documents for processing according to set procedures.
Accurately scan and index all verified documents into the system following the defined guidelines.
Identify and flag any discrepancies or incomplete documentation for further review or follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent verification standards and support continuous process improvement
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and records management
Prior experience in a service or business-focused organization preferred
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
Strong work ethic, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
