Exquisite Solution Limited , a leading HR recruitment and management company, is seeking a dedicated National Content Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the national content strategy, with a strong focus on localization, data accuracy, and streamlining processes across departments. The role also involves leading national content planning and coordinating with clients, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a national content strategy incorporating localization initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the accurate collection, validation, and timely submission of localization and national content data, ensuring compliance and quality in all reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and petroleum regulatory authorities to optimize workflows and enhance content delivery.
Analyze content data to provide insights that drive the refinement of localization and content strategies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of national content assistants and staff to achieve performance targets.
Ensure all national content adheres to applicable legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and vendors to support content initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to proactively adjust content strategies.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, International Business, Communications, or related field.
Knowledge of Uganda Oil and Gas policies and regulations on National Content is Essential
At least 2 years’ experience in multinational companies, preferably with localization or operations exposure.
Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to produce statistical reports independently.
Experience leading cross-cultural events and managing data accuracy with zero-error deliverables.
Strong problem-solving skills, including crisis management and rapid execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and report writing.
