DescriptionAbout the jobThe incumbent will be responsible to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all key accounts in FWA;He will be responsible for maintaining and protecting AECI Mining Explosives’ existing supply contracts and for identifying and capturing opportunities within FWA;Will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to FWA sales;Will develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;Will ensure the OTIF delivery of AECI Mining Explosives’ blasting solutions according to the customer’s needs and requirements;Promote and manage the Company’s vision and values by demonstrating a hands-on approach in the planning, leading, organising and control of this aspect;Will be responsible for the annual price negotiation;Will be responsible the delivery of the defined sales, profit, operating and fixed costs budgets and meeting set targets as stipulated;Will also be responsible for caring and growing his/her people by administering the Company’s industrial relations procedures, applying fair discipline and planning their careers;Will manage all operations, administration and resources in such a way as to comply with the Company’s ISO and World Class standards;Will assist with high severity requests or issues escalation as needed.
