PERSON SPECIFICATIONQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or Physical Education Skills and Experience• Three (3) years’ experience in sports coaching.• Should be physically fit and capable of coaching sports.• Demonstrated computer knowledge. d) Effective communication; Negotiating and mediation; Assertiveness and self-confidence; and Team building are desirable.
