Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:• Purpose: Dispatcher is responsible for effective planning and management of the operational teams daily plan and appointments with the customer. One of the main requirements for a dispatcher is the flexibility to multi-task adjust last minute changes and work with field teams to schedule emergency activitiesYou Will:• Plan field teams daily plan and maintain contact throughout the day• Contact customer to schedule field teams installations and technical support interventions• Contact customers to inform status for the intervention or any last-minute changes.• Collaborate with coordination to change or modify daily plan to accommodate the needs of the customer• Cultivate strong communication skills to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.• Monitor field teams work orders.• Confirmation of work orders finalization with field teams and Validation respecting process and quality requirements• Verification and validation of field teams daily reports for interventions (installations & maintenance).• Manage company client’s maintenance services and act accordingly with the needs and requests by sending effective field teams’ response to the detected situations.• Flexibility on work schedule to be able to work night shifts, weekends and holidays if needed.Qualifications and Experience• A degree in Business Administration,• 3 years’ Experience in Telecommunications operations
